This policy applies to every purchase on HipHop.World. Every sale is final, except where the law requires a refund. Where the consumer-protection law that covers you gives you a right to a refund, we follow that law. Nothing here takes away a right the law gives you.
Payments on HipHop.World are processed by Square.
A refusal to refund is not a refusal to deliver. If you paid and did not get what you paid for — a download that will not work, an order that never arrives, an item that arrives damaged or wrong, or a billing error such as being charged twice — email contact@hiphop.world with the email address you paid with and your order reference (it is on your receipt). We will fix the delivery, replace the item, or correct the billing error. If we took a payment for something we cannot deliver at all, we return that payment.
Sponsorships and ad placements are agreed one by one and paid by Square invoice. Payments are final. If we cannot deliver a placement you paid for, we will agree a replacement placement with you.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — it is usually faster. If a payment is disputed or reversed, whatever it paid for (a download, a membership, an order) is suspended while the dispute is open.
Nothing earned inside the HipHop.World game — Money, Respect, Buzz, Time or any other in-game value — can be sold, cashed out or exchanged for real money, and real money never buys it.
If we change this policy, the new version applies to purchases made after the effective date shown above. Purchases already made keep the policy that applied when you paid.
