1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any website, application, or service within the HipHop.World Network (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Platform is operated by One vs Many LLC ("we," "us," "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

The HipHop.World Network includes hiphop.world, hiphop.id, hiphop.audio, hiphop.land, hiphop.cash, hiphop.cards, hiphop.community, hiphop.directory, hiphop.chat, hiphop.network, hiphop.marketing, and all other affiliated domains. These Terms apply to your use of any and all Network sites.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you may only use the Platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access most features of the Platform, you must create a HipHop.ID account. When creating an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to or use of your account
Not create more than one account per person (duplicate accounts may be merged or terminated)
Not use another person's account without their permission

You may sign in using email and password, Google OAuth, Discord, or connected Web3 wallets (MetaMask, Phantom, Xverse). Regardless of sign-in method, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication credentials. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Credits and Virtual Currency

The Platform uses a unified virtual currency called "Hip Hop Cash" or "Credits" throughout the Network. Credits are the primary medium of exchange for digital goods and services on the Platform.

4.1 Nature of Credits

Credits are a digital license to access Platform features and are not real currency, securities, or financial instruments.
Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, or any form of real-world currency.
There is no withdrawal, cash-out, or conversion of Credits to real money.
Credits are non-transferable between users except through Platform-designated mechanisms.
We reserve the right to modify credit pricing, bonus rates, and pack configurations at any time.

4.2 Purchasing Credits

Credits can be purchased through PayPal in predefined packs. All purchases are final. Refund eligibility is determined by PayPal's buyer protection policies and our refund policy below. Credit balances that result from reversed payments may become negative, and spending will be locked until the balance is restored.

4.3 Spending Credits

Credits may be spent on AI chat interactions, network advertising boosts, directory promotions, featured placements, and other Platform features as they become available. Credit costs for specific features are displayed before you confirm each transaction. All credit spends are final and non-reversible unless we determine an error occurred on our end.

5. Land Territories

The Platform offers digital territories identified by four-digit codes (0000 through 9999), collectively known as "Land." Land territories are digital goods within the Platform ecosystem.

Purchasing a Land territory grants you a license to customize and curate content within that territory on the Platform. It does not grant ownership of any intellectual property, domain, or real-world asset.
Land territories are priced using progressive pricing tiers and are purchased via PayPal.
Territory owners may transfer territories to other registered users using the Platform's transfer feature.
We reserve the right to reclaim territories that violate these Terms, contain prohibited content, or remain unused for extended periods (12+ months with no activity).
Land territory purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

Post, upload, or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim affiliation with any person or entity
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, our servers, or any connected systems
Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the Platform without our written permission
Manipulate platform metrics, including artificial inflation of play counts, votes, card values, or directory rankings
Engage in spam, including unsolicited messages, bulk postings, or promotional flooding
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, including denial-of-service attacks
Circumvent rate limiting, access controls, or security measures
Use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity
Promote violence, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or national origin

Violation of these rules may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban at our sole discretion.

7. User Content and Intellectual Property

7.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create and submit to the Platform, including music, lyrics, artwork, profiles, territory customizations, and card content. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform and for marketing purposes. This license continues for as long as your content remains on the Platform and terminates when you delete it, except where copies exist in other users' collections (e.g., cards).

7.2 Platform Content

The Platform's design, code, logos, branding, documentation, and all other proprietary materials are owned by One vs Many LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without our written permission.

7.3 DMCA and Takedown Requests

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on our Platform infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice to contact@hiphop.world with: (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) identification of the infringing material and its location on the Platform, (c) your contact information, (d) a statement of good faith belief, and (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

8. Payments, Refunds, and Billing

All monetary transactions on the Platform are processed through PayPal. By making a purchase, you agree to PayPal's terms of service in addition to these Terms.

Credit Purchases: All credit pack purchases are processed as one-time PayPal orders. Purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by law or PayPal's buyer protection applies.
Subscriptions: AI subscription plans (Pro, Unlimited) are billed monthly through PayPal Subscriptions. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period.
Chargebacks: If a payment is reversed through PayPal (chargeback or dispute), credits granted from that payment will be reversed from your account. If your balance goes negative, spending will be locked until the balance is restored through a new purchase.
Pricing: All prices are in US Dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect existing completed transactions.

9. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services including Google (OAuth, YouTube), Discord, PayPal, Audius, SoundCloud, MetaMask, Phantom, Xverse, and Sentry. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination:

Your access to the Platform will be revoked
Unused Credits in your account are forfeited (no cash value, no refund)
Land territories you own may be reclaimed and made available to others
Content you have published may be removed
Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy retention schedule

You may delete your account at any time through your HipHop.ID dashboard settings. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

11. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT ON THE PLATFORM.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONE VS MANY LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Portland, Oregon, USA, or remotely at the arbitrator's discretion.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.
Small Claims Exception: Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court in Multnomah County, Oregon as an alternative to arbitration.
Injunctive Relief: Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in court for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access.
30-Day Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to contact@hiphop.world within 30 days of creating your account.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless One vs Many LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Platform, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law or rights of a third party, or (d) content you submit to the Platform.

15. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, stop using the Platform and delete your account.

16. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and One vs Many LLC regarding the Platform.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights freely.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or infrastructure failures.
